Ecological agriculture building since generationsAt small family farms, ecological agriculture building was operated in the southeast of Poland since generations. That for special reasons. In the days of the communist regime chemical fertilizers where reserved exclusively to LPG's. Companies as they where usually located in the southeast of Poland were not able or allowed to use such chemical material. What was understood as a disadvantage during these days appertains today as the best arguments for ecological agriculture building in the southeast of Poland. The nearby similar situation after the regime had changed in 1983. Accordingly to their lack of experience in use of chemical product and why the southeast of Poland was really poor no one used chemical fertilizer. As a result this area has an exceptional position in the matter of meat production and ecological agriculture building. This makes itself noticeable in the qualities of the produced products. The free-range animal husbandry follows exactly the same way of tradition in these areas. This affects the produced meat quality positively. All in all, perfect preconditions for production of outstanding quality meat products. Quality protection through High-Tech during production. Even though the ecological production of meet is based onto old traditions and experiences, in the case of the workmanship, wrapping, cooling and hygiene we opt for newest technique. The slaughterhouse entrusted by us with the segmentation and wrapping is equipped with most modern technique. Up to 1500 conventional pigs are butchered here daily. The newest EU standards for EU certified slaughterhouses are not only fulfilled here, they are fulfilled with bravura and by far overtopped. Processing and hygiene is up to high requirements. This is a very important factor that has a special meaning for the expiry day of meat. These high claims must have been fulfilled because most parts of the meat will be supplied to all countries of Europe. Availability, cattle and pig, from half animals to fragments, with bone and without bone. We deliver standard cuts as soon as vacuum packaging or self service supermarket packaging. Both freshly from <7 deg C and deep freezed to -18 deg C. Possible for sausage and meat products on request. |
